On-site registration opens at 4:00 pm on Friday, August 28th. Join us for our welcome reception Friday evening.
Saturday will feature a full day of educational sessions, beginning with breakfast and registration at 7:30 am. You won’t want to miss these educational sessions!
On Sunday, we will say our farewells during our morning brunch. A more detailed program will be available in the near future.
Conference Registration & Attendance Notes
To help make this event as accessible as possible to our members, we have maintained registration rates at the same level as last year despite rising event costs. As we finalize our conference budget, we encourage early registration, as attendance numbers play an important role in helping us sustain these rates and deliver the high-quality educational programming our members expect.
Please note that conference meals and refreshments are reserved exclusively for registered conference attendees. If you plan to bring a spouse or guest who would like to join you for any conference meals, guest meal tickets will be available for purchase on-site, subject to availability.
Hotel Accommodations
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to secure your room reservation at The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa. Room reservations must be made only through the link provided. The group rate is only available to registered conference attendees. Anyone who reserves a room in our block but is not registered for the conference will be removed from our group list.
Rooms at the discounted block price sell out rather quickly. We recommend reserving your room as soon as possible. A room within our block price is not guaranteed, even if you are fully registered, and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
